Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

🚫 Boxers and innerwear are NOT returnable for hygiene reasons, except in cases of defects.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are made through the original payment method (Paystack)

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
